Returns Refunds Policy
1. The Copper City Hotel & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases of Products using the Site and forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. If you wish to return the Product in accordance with our Returns Policy, then you may:
1. return the Product to our Copper City Hotelwith your order confirmation; or
2. if physical return is not convenient for you, then please contact our Customer Service Centre by telephone to make arrangements to return that Product.

Your customer satisfaction is important to us so our Returns Policy includes all the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law to provide you with complete peace of mind.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
The Copper City Hotel Returns Policy applies in addition to any other rights to which you may be entitled under the consumer guarantees provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
